How is it possible to eat Free Foods freely and still lose weight?

Free Foods are naturally low in energy density (calories) and high in satiety (appetite satisfaction)—which means they help to fill you up while naturally reducing your calorie intake, without you having to worry about keeping track!

The foods which are included in the Free Foods section are listed in detail within your Food Optimising book between pages 9 and 25.

Unlimited amounts of:

  • Fresh and frozen fruits
  • Fresh and frozen vegetables
  • Fish
  • Lean meat and poultry
  • Vegetable proteins or meat replacements
  • Fat free dairy products
  • Eggs
  • Rice, pasta and grains
  • beans, peas and lentils
  • 6-8 mugs or glasses of fluids per day
