Generally speaking, it can be different to consume a full tin of chickpeas. They’re designed to be used as part of a meal (such as a curry or chilli) and not as a nut. You should syn these at the same levels of roasted peanuts, as they’re not free in their ‘snack’ form. It’s very easy to overeat if they’re made into nuts.
