Competition: Win a copy of Slimming World’s Meals for One!

meals-for-oneIt’s the long Bank Holiday weekend and to celebrate – along with the launch of the brand new Slimming World’s Meals for One recipe book, we’re giving away a copy free to one of our visitors!

Meals for One treats readers to a collection of 60 super-satisfying single-serving dishes –  from light bites like Lemon and prawn crab pot and a Quick chicken noodle soup, to magnificent mains such as Eggy chip bake, King prawn dhansak and Chipotle steak with sweet potato chips.

Even better, when friends or family are eating with you too, it’s easy to increase the amounts to feed a crowd.

What’s more, there’s an inventive chapter on batch cooking featuring three ‘master’ recipes, which takes a staple dish (such as BBQ pulled chicken) and shows the reader three clever ways to enjoy it, so readers will never be bored by what’s on their plates.

You’ll also find easy puds like blackberry Eton mess and a chocolate and coconut soufflé to give any meal the perfect finish!

To enter the competition, just follow the instructions below.
