Slimming World “Magic Porridge”
It’s a recipe which has been around for a while and isn’t a secret on the internet. It’s a great simple recipe, but somehow we hadn’t got around to trying it just yet.
Until this morning when we decided to give it a go after hearing such good things about it.
Quite simply, layer fruit at the bottom of a bowl or container (if you’re wanting to take it to work) and then pour on top of the fruit your Healthy Extra B allowance of Oats.
Then, pour over the top a fat free, syn free yogurt, and top with fruit.
Leave overnight in the fridge, and then enjoy the next day!
