Strategy Guide: Night on the town

As part of our strategy guides for this time of year (or anytime when you fancy a party!) I’ve added a new guide to nights out and ideas of what to think about and how you can fit it into your weight loss journey.

Nights out with friends can be a slimmer’s nightmare – alcohol is something which can be high in syns and after a few, the dreaded takeaway on the way home can add up to a week’s allowance of syns! But you can also enjoy yourself, and be aware of alternative low-syn options which are available to you, especially if you’d like to keep on full track over the party season!
