Roast Chicken Dinner

For me, this is a fantastic meal to have as a family or with friends – quite simply a Sunday lunch, but made mid week as a nice treat!

With Slimming World, you can enjoy a large portion of Sunday lunch with all the trimmings on the side – roast potatoes, vegetables and even spend your syns on some gravy or Yorkshire Puddings (we actually enjoy them as a starter or dessert in Yorkshire!) but they’re also commonplace now to have it all on the same plate.

If you’re still hungry afterwards (some people are!) you can enjoy the same again – more potatoes and vegetables if you’d like, or even more chicken  – and the whole meal is available as syn free on Extra Easy.

There’s a few recipes appearing in our new section, and there’s several hundred available on Lifeline Online if you fancy a change or something new. Staying to group each week can also be a great source of recipes, and on taster evenings – such as next week in our Stretford groups!
