Alpen Light recipe changes and Healthy Extra update
We’ve noticed that the nutritional values of Alpen Lights have changed in their new ’89 Calorie’ boxes.
The Syn values are available by logging into Lifeline Online and inside our secret Facebook group for members of our Stretford groups.
These are no longer counted as a Healthy Extra due to the new recipe.
