Cooking food in batches can be advantageous in many ways. It’s simple as a start, as all you do is double up on the ingredients for a recipe. That’s what I’ve done with Slimming World Chicken Curry this week – to make next week a little easier for me!
The main benefit of batch cooking? You’ve got a load of meals ready to defrost the night before, so you can quickly reheat when you get home from work! No cooking required (other than maybe using the Microwave). But it also can be money saving at the same time.
